Need to figure out basemap solution

A ready made base map solution is https://www.maptiler.com/, but its a paid service. Is this acceptable?
Another option is to use https://openmaptiles.org/docs/ and standup our own server

If we want to remove our dependency on mapbox completely we will need to find a new geocoding service. Potential options are listed below:
