The Imagery Data Manager (IDM) is an open-source and cloud-based application built for the US Department of Interior that provides a cloud-based solution which cost-effectively stores, manages, processes, and shares imagery.
We’re running into issues with getting IDM to display some of the orthos that we have uploaded into the Holly Springs/Timber Sale mission. There are a total of 5 collections that we processed the imagery in Pix4Dmatic and then uploaded the orthomosaic. The orthos range from 1 to 3 GB in size. It looks like the GDAL versions were created correctly and the thumbnails of the orthos display just fine. But when I turn on the Aerial button on any of those, it doesn’t show up at all, even after waiting several minutes. The DTMs load and display after a few seconds but the orthos just won’t display. Andy Ruth was trying to get them to display on his end and he got this error message after a few seconds:
However, I don’t ever get that error message, but the orthos never appear. I downloaded both the GDAL and Pix4Dmatic versions of the ortho to make sure they weren’t corrupted, and they displayed just fine in ArcPro.
