commdlg.h is missing #348

I don't see it? I actually wanted to do some experimenting/researching into this area (printing specifically)

I haven't looked to see if anything else "nearby" is also missing. Looks like all of commdlg.h is missing, so I edited the title to cover not just PrintDlgEx
