Create a "cancel" button for SetAlarmActivity to clear persisted data

To do: Resolve (remarkably thorny) issue surrounding changing notifier text color when activated/deactivated. At present, I can get only the number or intervals to update. Wire add and remove buttons and finish wiring of long-click (activate/deactivate) functionality.
