Make the scanners report as Dispatch in /radio or anywhere instead of speaking as "C17.SCANNER" etc etc. Possibly give them an option to do this via flag instead. Don't want every scanner having access to Dispatch.
Please have the /dispatch functionality for scanners aswell.
If possible, please port the CW plugin or whatever where scanners had an automatic hud to see the names of citizens & also to take pictures that get passed on to Civil Protection.
We cannot use Dispatch properly until this is done. I would appreciate this as high priority. Thank you.
