We need a smallest-possible-one-file example of making a Plugin to make some plots.

This should be in our Docs, in our Tutorials.

Perhaps we should have a gallery for useful plugins.

More requested Plugin Examples:

Changing the height of a Block after the Reactor is loaded.
Plot something from the Reactor at every EOC

It would be nice to implement #569 alongside this so people can turn on and off user plugins. For traceability of code, we probably should put a printout of the activated user plugins and their paths in the stdout near where the hash is printed out.
