Index S6 data in Elasticsearch #577

Re-enable elasticsearch and index S6 (then S4) data to leverage in the search endpoints for new frontend.

@robkooper if you can start up Elasticsearch on Terra Clowder and restart, I can start the indexing process.

Or I can do it, is there anything more to it than enabling the plugin and restarting Clowder?

This is now underway and should finish in the next day or so.
