Clean up BRAPI yaml #583

Remove anything we aren't using. Keep a full official one to check in as well, but the one we use only has what we've implemented.

Then this will only show what is actually available: https://brapi-dev.workbench.terraref.org/brapi/v1/ui/

@tcnichol on that PR, the brapi.yaml file seems like it has a ton of stuff that was just indented, not removed. are you sure you removed the things we haven't implemented?
