[ ] In the user manual page, the ‘audience’ section should probably be moved out of this and up to the introduction section somewhere. It seems out of place where it is.
[x] Under data products, the fluorescence image format shows as still unknown
[x] Under data products, NDVI and PRI sensors are listed as multispectral imagers but they are not.
[ ] Under data products, I don’t see the spectrometer listed.
@dlebauer what is the spectrometer? this one from ocean optics? How does it differ from the SWIR and VNIR Headwall Inspector sensors?
[x] Under data products and environmental conditions, you misspelled the name of the environmental sensor. It’s Thies Clima, not Theis Clima. Possibly spelled wrong elsewhere as well.
[ ] Under geospatial information, can you just draw the 3 axes on the central image? Also, should we update it now that those big logos are on the front, to avoid any possible confusion about which side is the south side? @dlebauer can you send me the original files?
[ ] For the various sensors, they call out an element of the computational pipeline. For example, the hyperspectral calls out the hyperspectral extractor, and the IR sensor calls out the multispectral extractor. This seems like it’s both too much information and not enough information. If all it’s doing is giving you converted file formats, this is barely something people would care about. However, if there are multiple different options or you are encouraging people to create variants of these or fork their own versions, then I think we should give the one you cite in your page a specific name, like ‘TERRA-REF hyperspectral extractor v1.0’, or something like that.
[ ] Under meteorological data, it says that numpy doesn’t work with Python 3.x. That’s out of date. Also, this page doesn’t follow the same format as others. There’s no section that says ‘computational pipeline’, it just jumps to ‘running the pipeline’.
[ ] Under phenotype data, why is this section just specific to the Conviron setup? Aren’t we going to have phenotype data for the MAC data, and the KSU data?
