THREDDS Server environment logger data organization

Some issues with the THREDDS catalog https://terraref.ncsa.illinois.edu/thredds/catalog.html

Description

• Met data: Dates are of format YYY-MM-DD ... needs to be YYYY-MM-DD
• datasets are mostly named 'environmentlogger.nc; would be nice to have the full file name
• There is a dataset named "L1" that points to https://terraref.ncsa.illinois.edu/thredds/catalog.html?dataset=envlog_netcdf_L1_ua-mac_2016-05-21.nc
• perhaps have two endpoints, one for met and one for hyperspectral? More intelligent nesting?

When I click an environmentlogger.nc file (e.g. this one), I don't get a link to Opendap etc like I do for the hyperspectral data (e.g. this one)
