Add code for copying Shiny app code into appropriate container directory

@robkooper I've implemented the changes that you suggested in https://github.com/terraref/traitvis-webapp/pull/3/commits/97ca0d79bc13deca7aecbd4840b2330460383153 and https://github.com/terraref/traitvis-webapp/pull/3/commits/74d3c055c6cd76492b82ce8ef52d16c75dd10cd5 and updated the README file.
