The ability to load shapefiles into BETYdb as experiment plots will be available soon. This means that a special shapefile plot clipping extractor isn't required.

Aside from handling the usual drone processing tasks alongside the TERRA REF tasks, the extractor should be able to handle BETYdb shapes, shapefile shapes, GeoJSON, and other sources.
