[Feature Request]: Allow retention of claims when creating a guild #44
Currently, the only way to allow players to interact with a claim (when server has integrated team and permission mods) is via creating a guild. creating a guild unclaims all currently claimed areas, creating a situation where a claim may be taken over by another player inadvertently thinking it is an unclaimed space

Allow claim settings and allies at the player level rather than requiring it at the guild level, providing a sort of single-player guild default when no guild is present
