[Bug]: Can't join server with quests using Cyrillic symbols

Bug Description

After creating some quests with Cyrillic symbols in title and message, player can't join server

How to Reproduce?

1. Create some quest server-side with Cyrillic symbols
2. Leave server
3. Try to join again

Expected Behavior

Player can join the server
