Was just recalling AoF6 used this, only a little though, most effectively for it's Bewitchment chapter.
I wasn't "on the inside" then; I don't know why it wasn't used more. Great for bringing mod-appropriate style and mood to chapter, imho.
(I think I wrote an issue or a comment in disco suggesting per-group theming, a while ago, for the same purposes. I should check on that).
