feature request: Render Tables #51

We love Terrastruct. We mainly use the GUI version. We would like an option to allow displaying HTML or Markdown tables in a friendly, customizable way.

Things like:

Header being bold
Cell shadowing each 2nd row.
Cell outline

Markdown tables need to be more robust, and the SQL Tables option is not meant for general data. Thanks!
