Rename project repo to something more contextual #3

gcc_training does not seem to describe the project in a way that would be intuitive to contributors. I would suggest toronto-shelter-map. Open to other ideas and feedback!

Why don't we just use the one you created/forked and I'll kind of step back from this public side of it for the time being

Sure thing. If you actually delete yours, then mine become the "root" repository, and then shows up in google search results and github searches (without deleting yours, it gets highly penalized)

(you'll still be in the commit history. That work?)

If you're down with it, just delete yours (and maybe ping me in slack :) )
