I also noticed in further testing that the useCustomClose standalone method 
(most useful for interstitials) doesn't seem to be working in the web tester.  
The useCustomClose as part of the expandProperties works just fine.

This seems to be addressed in the latest round of updates made for the 
compliance ads.
