What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use the MRAID Test Ad-Video Interstitial.pdf to get the ad unit
2. Prepare and Flight the ad using the tool
3. Ad does not display

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
* Ad should display and should respond to and generate resize events.

This ad has been deprecated in favor of the IAB compliance ad for video. 
However, because we've updated code to meet compliance, this older ad should 
behave better as well.
