Improve release script #37

The new GeoServer version has already been tagged on github, but the artifacts are not yet available on sourceforge, so the script/build/github action is not working as intended.

We need to enhance https://github.com/terrestris/docker-geoserver/blob/master/util/gs-release-check.sh#L41 to also check that the the sourceforge resource is available.

This is been fixed in the meantime, so i'll close the issue
