include python3.7 in aioboto3 version 9.X #235

Almost all python data science applications are running on python3.7 or 3.6 so this excludes any of those apps from leverage aioboto3.

Ah good shout, the dropping of 3.7 was probably a bit hasty.

Thanks Terry. Maybe it can be changed in the 9.2.0 version you have out in beta?

v9.2.0 should now work on 3.7
