MP4 video wallpaper lagging continuously on linux mint #53

-->Even after updating to the latest ffmpeg (4.4.4) version, after preparing the video, the wallpaper runs either very fast or its lagging very badly, i'm using Linux mint cinnamon 22.3

-->I ran the command 'wallset -V path/to/video.mp4'

Kernel version 6.7 Ryzen 5 5600H GTX 1650
