Selecting a line in Command history q: does not work

Expected behaviour: 1) hit q: and Command history is shown - works 2) move up to a previous command and hit enter to repeat the command - doesn't work, instead :nohlsearch is shown on the command line 3) move to empty line and hit enter to exit command history- doesn't work, instead :nohlsearch is shown on the command line

This is probably a false alert - I checked the map for and it is nohlsearch. When I unmap it works as expected, so I believe this issue can be closed. I don't remember mapping myself though.
