Install agent XP

would need to know what are the steps to install the agent on a client windows 
XP sp3

Sorry, I've seen that when you scan the agent is installed, the problem is that 
in my case if OpenDLP creates the folder but does not install the service and 
displays this error: 
X.X.X.X: Trying to deploy (0 systems Remain in queue)
X.X.X.X: Possible Error starting OpenDLP, check scan results when done 
deploying all agents here.
Can you help please??

On the client Windows XP SP3 system, do you see the service installed? You can 
check it with the command "sc query OpenDLP".

i check with the command, so i result: 
[SC] EnumQueryServicesStatus:OpenService FAILED 1060:

The specified service does not exist as an installed service.
