当我在githuber-md中使用上标脚注(Footnotes，比如这样:a[^1]），他并没有正确的显示。

如何重现

请告知重现此问题的步骤回何：

安装githuber-md插件
新建一篇文章
输入文章内容：
```
test[^1]
```

[^1]: this is a test



**预期的行为或结果**

像这样：[^2]
