npm install not working #20

I'm getting this error when running npm install @terrymun/paver

npm ERR! code E403
npm ERR! can't access restricted package without auth, did you forget 'npm set always-auth true'? : @terrymun/paver

I think this setting can be found in the config https://docs.npmjs.com/misc/config#always-auth
