Update checker #212

I would like to suggest an enhancement for npackd. I am using it for about 1-2
years. I recently realized that most of the time I am opening it to update all
my programs.

I might be interesting to create a background scheduled task for an update
checker.

1. If one or more of my installed program has a new version then an icon will
popup in the notification center (like the windows update).

2. When clicking on this icon, it will launch Npackd (maybe launch direct

3. an option will be available to set the schedule period (every hour, day,
week, month, never)

Interesting. I, on the contrary, almost never update packages.

Like an option maybe, but not by default.
I don't want, that something works on my computer without my approval.

The update checker should not update the softwares themselves, it should just
check that at least one can be updated...

The update checker should also be disabled by setting the schedule period to
"never".

Nevertheless, considering that old versions of a program might have security
issues, bugs etc, I would suggest that npackd installer will set a reasonable
schedule time by default (week for example). The user will be able to unset it
like described previously.

Due to the shutdown of Google Code the project issues were moved to Github:
https://github.com/tim-lebedkov/npackd/issues

Please post all future comments there.
