added a property to TWMessageBarManager to allow bouncing a message
added switch in demo app to toggle bouncing

Hey @jlalvarez18 , this is a great addition! Thanks for the contribution.

However, for the time being, I'm going to leave the message presentation as-is; reason being is that there is some re-work being done to shift the style of presentations into a more modular pattern.
