Describe the Problem

There are a few inaccuracies in the OBC theme.

Secondary (blue) buttons should be dark grey
The content should be centered and the large grey space to the right should be removed

Here's what the OBC theme looks like right now:

And here's a screenshot of it in 2016:

Roblox Legacy Old Theme originally had the 2016 version, however I had updated to the 2017 version to make it closer to what was used at the time before it was removed sometime in 2019. However I can re-add the 2016 version of the custom themes under [{theme_name}]_2016.
