websocket connection failed 오류 제거 #211

websocket을 명시적으로 사용하지 않는데 연결을 시도하다가 fail 발생하는 콘솔 오류가 계속 생김 참고자료: https://velog.io/@reum107/Vue-WebSocket-connection-to-failed

개발 환경에만 발생하고 있어서 hot reloading 용도가 아닌가 의심됨 production 환경에서 발생하지 않는다면 known issue로 간주하고 무시해도 됨
