Easier option configuration #5

Design an easier way to change user options -- currently, each user must edit variables manually in a code snippet in their user .js file.

This is partially implemented - users no longer have to copy the entire option structure, they can just cherry-pick the options they want to change.

An interface to add the desired options in a subpage for the user is the next step.
