Car refuses to connect to Pi if Pi does not have internet access in 2022.44.1 #111

Seems the modem-less functionality has been impacted in the latest build, 2022.44.1. My Model 3 (Intel Atom MCU3) refuses to connect to my Pi if the the Pi does not have an active internet connection.

Bridging the Pi to my iPhone via Bluetooth for its hotspot allows me to connect the car to the Pi's hotspot, but as soon as I turn off internet access for the Pi, the car disconnects.

I did not have this issue in 2022.38.1.

Oh my bad, I saw you are resolving this in the next release.
