Won't boot on CM4 #334

I have the following hardware:

I flashed this software: TeslaAndroid-2024.26.1-RELEASE-rpi4-single-image-installer.img.zip onto the drive, and it appears to load uboot fine, but the OS never seems to fully boot. I've left it run for a full day, and the OS never seems to boot correctly. I've connected to ethernet, and it shows a device is connect to the port, but no IP is ever assigned

Should I try another drive? Is there any recommended troubleshooting steps?

I was able to track down another SSD and confirmed it was some sort of incompatibility with the drive. The second drive I tried worked fine.
