This should add some "Description" in HA's add-on UI Configuration tab. I think the wording is fine but if needed no worry we can change it.

I am testing my changes, don't merge yet... a little more work is needed for this to work. Not sure yet what but will work on it.

This is ready - I had created by mistake directory "translation" instead of "translations".

Merge #11 -> #12 -> #9 otherwise there will be conflict.
