Fix steering-wheel-heater (PR # 67 was merged to stage)
Add missing cmds (sentry, media, software, Cybertruck, ping, list public keys, charging schedule...)
Sort commands by name
Add missing command description
send_command add command description argument
Add return value to send_key & send_command
listen_to_mqtt send_key, check return value
Change some logging messages

Closing this PR - has been integrated in PR #75 except scan-bleln already merged in main.
