[chg] Switch from Generate Keys to ReGenerateKeys #89

Once keys are generated, switch button from Generate to ReGenerate keys
Setting QOS=0

With a fresh install, after pressing the Gen Key button, once the keys have been generated, the button disappears and the Deploy Key & ReGenerate buttons show up.
