Getting ready for next release w/ latest _core main branch.

For the list of new features/changes/etc , please refer to the CHANGELOG

In this PR:

created libproduct.sh
import libcolor.sh from _core -> liblog.sh
Move environment variables to an env file
Added environment variables validation (uses same regex as the addon)
Added new settings from HA (See CHANGELOG referenced above).

Missing:

Update Install.md
Testing
