This is no longer a problem with a more recent version of m2e-tycho (0.9.0), as this does no longer fail in case multiple executions are found (see https://github.com/tesla/m2eclipse-tycho/blob/master/org.sonatype.tycho.m2e/src/org/sonatype/tycho/m2e/felix/internal/MavenBundlePluginConfigurator.java).
