Running The Halls of ZK with SIMH #10

I'd like to play The Halls of ZK in a SIMH VAX simulator. Which way would you suggest to get the ZK software into a SIMH disk image?

Additional question: If the original sources are not included in the files provided here, could you please provide those, too?
