[x] Get the hotplug scripts to run on bootup... (will probably just do this with rc.d script...)
[x] Investigate making hciconfig DEV up more robust. ie What if two are plugged in? (will probably just call rc.d script also used for bootup
[x] Add flash storage automounting

I ran a smoke test of the following:

BLE Boot

Booted the Tessel with a BLE dongle already plugged in
Ran hciconfig and noted that the state was UP

BLE Hotplug

*Unplugged and re-plugged in a BLE dongle

Ran hciconfig and noted that the state was UP

Flash Drive Hotplug

Booted the Tessel with a flash drive plugged in to the to port
Ran ls /mnt/sda1/ and noted that my flash drive contents were listed
Plugged another flash drive in to the bottom port
Ran ls /mnt/sdb1/ and noted that my second flash drive contents were listed

Flash Drive Boot

Took out the second flash drive
Power cycled the T2
Ran ls /mnt/sda1/ and noted that my flash drive contents were listed
