Updated openwrt dep to allow sysupgrade over USB #47

I confirmed this patch was successful by:

  1. Flashing it onto a Tessel and confirming that /lib/update/common.sh had the necessary changes.
  2. I was able to successfully call sysupgrade from a USB connection.
