Need better message on tessel erase #150

tessel erase fails non-obviously.

Currently:

INFO Attempting to erase Tessel filesystem.
INFO If erasing failed, press the Reset button while holding down the Config button, then try again

Better if it says something like "If erase succeeds, it will say Tessel filesystem erased."
