Test Code:

console.log(new Date("Jan 01 1900 GMT"));

Expected Result:

Mon Jan 01 1900 01:00:00 GMT+0100 (CET)

Actual Result:

 Fri Dec 13 1901 20:45:52 GMT+0000 (GMT)
