Forums crashing

Recurring issues with the forums, which @reconbot has been working on (thank you @reconbot)!

Issues thus far:

• Discourse is out of date
• Low Memory
• More?

I've upgraded our hardware again to have a lot more ram, I've got new hardware and am configuring it now (new repo with the config https://github.com/tessel/forums.tessel.io)

Closing as the forums are now upgraded and on new hardware
