Because SendInBlue isn't as graceful as MailChimp in adding Markdown, I added a twitgen module to make HTML you can copy/paste into the responsive editor which works well.

I'm confused by the new GH review process, was trying to mark my previous review's comments addressed ..? Anyway I have a few more clarifying comments but nothing that absolutely has to block.
