Refactor - Dependencies Upgrade

Refactor:

• Updated index.html images import rules

Chore:

• Upgraded app Dependencies
• Set mode to development in webpack.dev.js
• Updated import rules and used function for detect-it package

IMPORTANT NOTE:

• There is still 2 packages to perform Major upgrade:
  • chart.js v2.9.4
  • This package is a vue-chartjs dependency and has already the new version 3.x.x. . Unfortunately isn't yet compatible with vue-chartjs. There is already an opened issue with this topic in chart.js GitHub.
  • bootstrap v4.6.0
  • To upgrade this package is need to follow the migration document due new rules. There is already a task in Asana to performed this upgrade soon.
