Remove parameter textord_tabfind_vertical_horizontal_mix #121

It was added to Tesseract in 2010 and removed in 2018, but never used.

@stweil The deprecated parameters also need to be removed from the config files in traineddata in tessdata_best and tessdata.

On the topic of configs, there may be a few obsolete ones in tessdata/configs and tessdata/tessconfigs also.

Sure. My computer is not so fast, and nor am I. :-)

textord_tabfind_vertical_horizontal_mix was the only unsupported parameter which I found in all traineddata files.
