recreate testdata so that lstm_test passes #19

fixes https://github.com/tesseract-ocr/tesseract/issues/2308

by using 20 pages from langdata_lstm/eng.training_text rather than 10, ™ is included in the training sample and increases the unicharset size by 1, fixing the error.
