make the user aware of search input on topic/subtopic/table selects

Highlight the text in the dropdowns onClick (topic, table, etc). Currently, especially with long topic/cube names, it can be unclear that you can select the text, delete it, and then use it as a search interface. I know this is default Mantine, but I'm wondering how we can make the search ability more explicit.
