Update for CMake for Clang #15

Sorry, I may end up having to add these to each package. I'll update this PR with changes to bullet3, etc. as I know they work. I was premature in thinking only swig had this limitation.

OK. Everything builds with clang (didn't test orocos or eigen since those don't need to compile on 18.04)

It looks like this has not run since industrial_ci switch default branches. I think if you add -b legacy to when it is cloning industrial_ci in .travis.yml file should fix the CI build.
